Content Moderation Policy
Version 1.0, effective ___
Unofficial English translation, provided for convenience. In case of any discrepancy, the Russian-language version prevails.
1. General provisions
This Content Moderation Policy (the “Policy”) sets out what content may be created (generated) and published in the public feed of the Mevix Service, and applies in addition to the Public Offer and the Privacy Policy.
The Service moderates content at every stage — both on generation and on publication in the public feed. A generation request that breaches this Policy may be rejected and not carried out; a work submitted to the public feed is checked before it is posted. By using the Service the user agrees to this Policy; content that does not comply with it is allowed neither for generation nor for publication.
2. Prohibited content
The categories below are prohibited both on generation and on publication in the public feed. You may not create or publish content containing:
- Pornography and sexually explicit content — images of exposed genitals, sexual intercourse or other explicit sexual acts.
- Any sexualisation of minors — strictly prohibited without exception; such content is removed immediately and the account is blocked.
- Realistic images of real people (including public figures) in a compromising, offensive or misleading manner, and deepfakes.
- Graphic violence — blood, dismemberment, cruelty, images of corpses.
- Hate speech and extremism — abuse based on race, nationality, religion, sex and the like, Nazi and extremist symbols, promotion of terrorism.
- Unlawful goods and acts — promotion or sale of drugs, weapons and other prohibited goods.
- Self-harm and suicide — depictions of or calls to them.
- Shock content — disgusting or frightening images.
- Fraud and malicious spam — scams, phishing, malicious links, mass intrusive advertising of third-party services.
- Other people’s content — watermarks and marks of other services over the work.
3. Permitted content
Ordinary creative, artistic, portrait, landscape, abstract and other content that does not breach section 2 is permitted. In particular:
- brands, logos and products appearing in the frame;
- the author’s own contact details (for example a link to their Telegram or social media);
- artistic and aesthetic content of a moderately provocative nature that contains no explicit pornography.
4. How moderation works
4.1. Moderation of generation. Generation requests are checked against this Policy automatically — both by the Service and by the AI providers on whose capacity the generation is performed. A request that breaches the Policy may be rejected and the generation not carried out.
4.2. Moderation of the feed. A work submitted to the public feed goes through automatic moderation at the moment of submission and in subsequent checks.
4.3. Automatic moderation decisions may be reviewed and changed manually by Service staff.
4.4. The user is notified of the moderation result; where a request is rejected, the reason is given.
5. Consequences of breaches
5.1. Content that breaches this Policy is not generated and not published, or is removed from the feed.
5.2. In the case of systematic or serious breaches, the Service may restrict the user’s ability to generate and publish, and may freeze or block the account without prior notice.
5.3. Measures are applied in accordance with the Public Offer.
